J. Andrew Jones - President/CEO
Andy’s professional construction career spans over 36 years. He has been with MTI for the last 24 years, becoming an owner on January 1, 1994. He has been extensively involved with the management and administration of all private and public work since1985. Andy’s primary responsibility is new business development and maintaining MTI’s professional relationships. Andy was instrumental in the design,development, administration, and implementation of the successful construction management process that MTI utilizes in the public sector.
Before MTI, Andy worked for Metropolitan Structures as Project Manager for 8 years on the One South Wacker Boulevard South Tower, Chicago Mercantile Exchange South Tower, and the 175 N. Harbor Driveapartment building. Prior to Metropolitan Structures, Andy was with Schal Associates as Project Manager on the 33 West Monroe Street project. Andy is one of the leaders in the Chicago suburban construction industry and is active in the Association of Industrial RealEstate Brokers (AIRE) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Andy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Design from the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign.
