Ernest J. Spina - Vice President of Construction
Ernie’s professional construction career spans over 34 years. He re-joined MTI in June 2003, having been with MTI previously for 14 years. His current responsibilities include direct project management of all office and field operations for the projects he is assigned. Ernie has been the project manager for many of MTI’s high profile municipal projects.
Prior to re-joining MTI, Ernie served as Senior Project Manager with Construction Management Concepts and was responsible for implementing their construction management procedures. He was also a Senior Project Manager for Brown & Associates’ Chicago Botanical Gardens, responsible for quality control and field operations.
Ernie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University.
